Members of MMM South Africa want their donation scheme to be declared legitimate. The members have approached the North Gauteng High Court through their representative after some of their bank accounts were frozen.
The National Consumer Commission (NCC) says they did not freeze anyone's bank account as they do not have the mandate to.
Speaking on AM Live , Van Rensburg says the formal economy has failed the people by shackling them into debt.
He says the aim of MMM is to get people out of debt
