Chris Brown won the custody battle

Chris Brown is sipping on that champagne over his latest custody battle win. MORE: A Day in the Adorable Life of Royalty BrownThe singer and Nia Guzman have been going back and forth regarding custody of 2-year-old Royalty Brown and it has come to a head, according to TMZ. Guzman had originally filedfour requests: full custody of Royalty, monitored visitation for Brown, an order for him to submit regular drug tests and deny Chris' mother, Joyce Hawkins, to see the little one. A judge denied every single one of the requests and ordered the two to continue their joint custody agreement. Brown will continue to get Royalty 12 days a month. Guzman also asked a judge to pay her $20,000a month for a lawyer and now the judge is asking her to pay Chris back because she was never originially entitled to the money. She also asked the courts to change her child support from $2,500 to $16,000 a month. Due to her losses, Guzman has withdrawn her petition. PLUSWe will be waiting on the edge of our seats to see how Guzman is going to respond to her recent losses.
