Shortly after hitting the BET Hip -Hop Awards stage with Gucci Mane and Young Thug, La Flame ’s “ Swang ( Remix )” gets leaked .
If it sounds familiar , that ’ s because the track features the same beat as Rae Sremmurd’ s P -Nazty - produced song of the same name, which appeared on SremmLife 2 .
MP3 Remix
Music Remix
Remix Lyrics
Both cuts include similar melodies and some of the same lyrics. “ Know some young ni ** as like to swang,” Scott sings , much like Swae Lee does on his group ’s version .
It’ s unclear whether Scott’s “ Swang ” is a remix of Rae Sremmurd ’s track or if La Flame simply had the same beat in his possession.
If it is unofficial , it would be following an unauthorized album released Friday (Oct . 14 ) titled Days Before Birds . “ This is an unauthorized release that was not approved by Travis Scott, ” Scott’s rep told FADER upon the LP’ s release. “ We are in the process of getting it taken down . We are requesting that all media sites remove the material . ”
In any case, here ’ s La Flame ’s version of “ Swang . ”http://www.donbaze.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/TRAVIS_SCOTT_-_SWANG_REMIX__Donbaze.com.mp3

Fayose support Tinubu calls him "ASIWAJU OF YORUBAS
Congress (APC) Governor Ayodele Fayose is
not happy with the crisis rocking the ruling
party
– Fayose is particularly worried that the
national leader of the APC is being ill-
treated by those he assisted to install
– The Ekiti state governor also released a
warning that shows he is seriously backing
Asiwaju Bola Tinubu
Governor Ayodele Fayose of Ekiti state has
condemned the attack on Asiwaju Bola
Tinubu, the national leader of the All
Progressives Congress (APC).
Tinubu is having a running battle with the
national chairman of the APC, John Odigie-
Oyegun
The governor also warned that a “humiliation
of Tinubu is as good as humiliation of the
Yoruba race.
“Even though I am not a member of APC and I
will never be, I have elected to stand in
defence of the Yoruba nation once again by
saying no to the continuous dishonourable
treatment being meted to Asiwaju Bola Tinubu,
having paid his dues.”
by the governor’s spokesperson, Lere
Olayinka, Fayose said: “If Tinubu is allowed
to be embarrassed and disgraced just the way
our past leaders were humiliated by these
same elements, the Yoruba nation would have
been made to suffer for uprightness.”
IDAHOSA: PDP election violence machine failed(EDO POLL)
members of the All Progressives Congress
(APC) in Edo State, following their victory
at the September 28 governorship election
in the state. The candidate of the APC,
Godwin Nogheghase Obaseki, defeated his
closest rival, the candidate of the Peoples
Democratic Party (PDP), Pastor Osagie
Ize-Iyamu, after polling 319,483 votes as
against 253,173 polled by Ize-Iyamu.
While the state has been agog with
celebration by APC members, the PDP is
kicking against the result, claiming the
election was rigged. But the APC
described the opposition party’s claim as
laughable, stating that the PDP was in
pains after its alleged plan to rig the
election fell flat before the election.
Governor Adams Oshiomhole, who led the
APC victory party in Benin-City, went
round the streets and markets
accompanied by Obaseki and expressing
his gratitude to the people. Oshiomhole
said victory at the polls has ended the
dream of some political god fathers in
the state and vowed that the state will
never go back to the dark days.
While the PDP is threatening to head to
court to contest the result of the election,
Benin-City stood still, last Thursday, for
Obaseki and the deputy governor-elect,
Philip Shaibu, when they received the
Certificate of Return from the Independent
National Electoral Commission (INEC).
The Resident Electoral Commissioner in
Edo, Mr Sam Olumekun, and the INEC
Commissioner in charge of the South-
South zone, Dr Mustapha Lecky, described
the election as one of the most credible
conducted by the Commission, but noted
that INEC will continue to improve on the
use of the card reader.
After receiving the certificate, Obaseki,
Shaibu and the mammoth crowd that
accompanied them, walked from the INEC
headquarters to Ring Road where market
women, youths joined in the celebration.
The event locked up the popular King’s
Square for several hours. A chieftain of
the APC and Special Adviser to the
Governor on Political Matters, Charles
Idahosa, explained why the PDP is angry
over the result of the election just as he
described its leaders’ cry as a deceit
“because they, including Ize-Iyamu, knew
from day one that they will lose the
election in as much as their rigging
machine failed to work”. Idahosa said:
“You can see the mammoth crowd
following Obaseki round the streets with
joy because that is the governor they
voted for.
Let me tell you why PDP is crying. While
we were campaigning vigorously across
all the nooks and crannies of the state,
PDP was busy trying to induce the
adhoc staff of INEC including the NYSC
members who were going to participate in
the conduct of the election. To tell you
how desperate they were, they went to
Auchi Polytechnic and UNIBEN, identified
the lecturers who were going to be used
by INEC for the election and bribed them.
When we found out, we raised the alarm
and, in order to ensure they conducted a
credible election, INEC went to a
neighbouring PDP state to bring the
adhoc staff. That is how they failed in
this one. Then they decided to import
militants into the state and their game
plan was that on the day of the election,
the militants will perpetrate mayhem,
particularly in Oredo, Ikpoba Okhai and
Egor, then get some INEC officials who
will help them smuggle in their result
which they have written already into INEC.
The PDP was in possession of result
sheets which it is parading today as the
authentic result and, as a matter of fact,
we are asking INEC to prosecute the
leaders. However, when the election was
initially postponed, they were shocked
because security agents mopped up the
militants in their different hide outs in the
state and they were demobilized.
So, in the election, they were stuck with
the result because there was nobody to
perpetrate violence that will enable them
smuggle that result into INEC. It was the
same result they went to place on the
internet claiming it was the main result.
How can you release an authentic result
on the internet when people were still
collating the result from the various units
and wards?. They did that to confuse the
people and create the impression that
they were winning so that pastor will not
claim that he was rigged out”.
Oshiomhole, who reacted to the threat by
the PDP to contest the result of the
election in court, while addressing APC
youths during a road show, after a ‘Thank
You’ visit to the Crown Prince of Benin
Kingdom, said: “We are happy with the
outcome of the election. We have gone to
present the candidate to the Crown
Prince, the Edaiken N’Uselu, and he
(Obaseki) has been very well
received.Thank you for coming out to
celebrate. I am sure we encourage our
opponents to go to court. We will be able
to lead evidence to show how much they
profited from electoral fraud because the
Ize-Iyamu that I know is not worth fifty
thousand votes. We will expose them
where it matters in the courtroom.
Remain firm and resolute. For me, I am
happy. The political funeral of the
godfathers is final.
There is nothing they can do to turn the
will of God. So, this is our finest hour and
I can’t wait to meet them in court. My
message to them is, it’s God who knows
their sin against our people that decided
to recall their political life. He has only
used us to cement it and to celebrate their
political funeral. I want to be remembered
not only for the road. We want to be
remembered for liberalising the politics
and getting rid of godfathers so that you
the youths can take charge of your
destiny.”
Meanwhile, the PDP is divided on the
result of the election. While the state
exco, led by Chief Dan Orbih, has
condemned the conduct of the election, a
former Chief Whip of the Senate and
leader of the party in the state, Senator
Rowland Owie, and the member
representing Ikpob Okhai/ Egor in the
House of Representatives, Mr Johnson
Agbonayinma, described the election as
free, fair and credible. Also, a pressure
group in Edo PDP, the Restoration Group,
described Orbih as a serial loser and
called for the resignation of the state
exco, saying the party was not prepared
for the election. Addressing journalists,
on Monday, the arrowhead of the group
and leader of the PDP in Oredo Local
Government Area, Mr Uyi Igbinigie, said
that, contrary to the position of the party
leadership that the election was rigged in
favour of the APC by the INEC, “the
election was one of the best conducted so
far by INEC and it was free, fair and
credible”. He went on: “The problem was
that before the election, because of the
financial recklessness of the PDP during
the last general elections, PDP already
had a bad name in Edo. And to add to the
injury, Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu, who was
the PDP candidate, was among those who
collected N700million for the presidential
election. And his visit to the EFCC on the
matter left a sore in the campaigns. The
other reason was the attitude of the state
exco led by Chief Orbih. Rather than
speaking on what PDP will do during the
campaigns, Orbih was busy raining
abuses on Oshiomhole who is an outgoing
governor and Godwin Obaseki. Meanwhile,
Obaseki was quietly telling Edo people
what he will do for them. So we should
not waste our money going to the
tribunal; we believe that the PDP needs to
sit down and re-strategize but that will be
after the entire state exco must have
resigned for peace to reign in Edo PDP”.
On his part, Agbonayinma said: “I want to
congratulate both Obaseki and INEC.
Obaseki deserves victory because it is the
obvious that the generality of the people
of the state wants him and that is
democracy in action. For the fact that I
am a PDP man does not mean I will not
commend something good. I live in
America and they don’t play do-or-die
politics there. So, I congratulate Obaseki
and I hope he will surpass Governor
Adams Oshiomhole’s record because he
has a huge challenge before him. And for
INEC, you see, most times, all of us blame
INEC for inconclusive elections but you
can see that it is not their fault that what
we had happened in Edo. There was no
violence in that election, people came out
freely and happily to cast their votes and
you saw the result. So that will tell you
that if we don’t witness violence, INEC will
always conclude elections. So, we have to
orientate our politicians not to see
politics as a do or die thing. They should
emulate what happened in Edo so that we
will not continue to rubbish INEC. This
has shown that if politicians behave,
INEC will do their job perfectly”.

APC CHIEFTAIN: John odigie Oyegun should not be the sacrificial lamb.
All Progressives Congress (APC) in Edo
state, has warned that no amount of calls
can remove the national chairman Chief
John Odigie-Oyegun from office
– Inegbeniki, in a statement said: “It is

Chief John Odigie-Oyegun
Chief Francis Inegbeniki, a chieftain of All
Progressives Congress (APC) in Edo
state, has warned that no amount of calls
by some leaders of the party can remove
the national chairman Chief John Odigie-
Oyegun from office, Vanguard reports.
Inegbeniki, on Thursday, October 6, in a
statement on behalf of “APC Disciples in
Edo,” said: “It is unfortunate that our national
leader, whom we all respect so much and
Timi Frank, have asked Oyegun to resign from
office, without disclosing the offence that he
committed to warrant his resignation.
“Our national leader’s anger against Oyegun
is related to the just concluded Ondo State
APC governorship primaries, while Timi
Frank’s anger is the unfortunate crisis rocking
the National Assembly. Oyegun is not the
cause of the crisis in the National Assembly
and cannot take decision alone without other
members of the National Working Committee.

“Oyegun was not an aspirant in the Ondo APC
primaries, so, it is unnecessary for anyone to
direct his anger at Oyegun. It is not fair to put
all the blames on him. Nobody should use
Oyegun as the sacrificial lamb.
“We are therefore, calling on the former Vice
President Atiku Abubakar and members of the
National Working Committee to call Timi
Frank to order.”
Meanwhile, the national chairman of the
party, Chief John Odigie-Oyegun, has
reacted to the call for his resignation by
the national leader of the party, Asiwaju
Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Speaking to State House correspondents
after a meeting with President
Muhammadu Buhari on Tuesday, October
4, Odigie-Oyegun said that he cannot be
removed from office on the pages of
newspapers.
CHRISTIAN ASSOCIATION OF NIGERIA (CAN) PLEDGE TO SUPPORT OGBENI
The Osun State Christian Association of Nigeria (OSCAN) has commended the Governor, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola, for his commitment to the development and transformation of the state in the face of present economic recession.
Osun State Governor, Rauf Aregbesola (Middle); his deputy, Mrs Titi Laoye-Tomori (right) and Chairman, Osun State Christain Association of Nigeria (OSCAN), Rev. Micheal Okodua, during a visit of the OSCAN to the Governor at the State Sectretariat, Abere, Osogbo
The Association also lauded the state government for being consistent in championing equity, balance and harmony among the adherents of the three major faiths in the state.
The Chairman of the Association, Very Reverend Michael Okodua who led the newly constituted Executive members of the Association gave the commendation during a courtesy visit to the governor his office in Osogbo.
He held that the present administration under the leadership of governor Aregbesola has really done well in fostering peace, love and unity among the different religious faithful in the state.
He commended Aregbesola’s sagacity for continuously piloting the affairs of the state even in the face of huge condemnation and attacks from various quarters.
According to him, “It is expedient for us to commend and congratulate you on the success of your mission to transform Osun despite the glaring economic recession affecting the state and the country at large.”
The cleric stated that the purpose of the visit was to officially inform the state government on the new nomenclature of the Osun State Christian Association of Nigeria (OSCAN).
He said Osun State Christian Association of Nigeria remains a critical stakeholder in the development of the state, stressing that, “It is therefore incumbent on the Association to liaise and work with the Governor on critical issues bothering on state and religion, among others that would further enhance the general well being of the people of the state.
“Our goal therefore, is to promote peaceful coexistence and religious harmony, as basis for rapid socio-economic development of the state. It is on this basis, that the Osun State Christian Association of Nigeria wishes to assure the government of our loyalty, cooperation and unflinching support towards meeting the needs and aspiration of the people of the state.
“We also look unto your excellency for support, in our efforts towards meeting the aspirations and desires for the growth and development of the church in the state.
“We wish to assure your excellency that the church will continue to support you and your administration with prayers and goodwill at all times.
In his remarks, the Governor of Osun, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola charged the people of the state on the need to continuously champion religious tolerance as being demonstrated by his administration.
He thanked God for the opportunity given to his administration to renew its relationship with the newly constituted leadership of OSCAN, just as he expressed hope that the visit would put an end to possible misunderstanding among religious faithful.
According to him, it will be a grand mistake for us to deny the fact that, our administration and Osun State Christian Association of Nigeria have had a tumultuous relationship.
He added, “but the question to ask is why must a government who in all honesty wants to have harmonious relationship with all faiths to the extent of even given them recognition in their own specific rights have conflict with one of the faiths.
“We must bear it in mind that it takes two to tango just as it takes two to be harmonious. It is not possible for two people either individuals, organisations or institutions to get along without a huge sense of maturity, forbearance and understanding.
“However, immediately those two people who must coexist and get along appreciate the need for forbearance by tolerating one another, maturity takes place. listening to the chairman’s speech, l want to believe that we are in a new season. New season has just began”. Aregbesola stated

ZAMBIA 1-2 NIGERIA AS ALEX IWOBI AND KELECHI BAGS VICTORY!!
Zambia 1-2 Nigeria: Alex Iwobi and Kelechi Iheanacho the heroes, as Super Eagles begin World Cup qualifiers in style
Goals from Arsenal starlet Alex Iwobi and Man City striker, Kelechi Iheanacho were enough for a Super Eagles side lacking so many key players like Odion Ighalo, Victor Moses etc, as they fought out a 2-1 win over Zambia in Russia 2018 World Cup qualifier on Sunday .
Nigeria led by Franco-German coach Gernot Rohr started with a line up of Ikeme Carl Onora, Elderson Echiejire, Kenneth Josiah Omeruo, William Troost Ekong, Brown Ideye, John Obi Mikel,
Moses Daddy Simon, Kelechi Iheanacho, Ogenyi Eddy Onazi, Alexander Chuka Iwobi and Onyinye Wilfred Ndidi while the Zambians led by Wedson Nyirenda comprised of Kennedy Mweene, Kabaso Chongo, Fackson Kapumbu, Adrian Chama, Stopilla Sunzu, Nathan Sinkala, Rainford Kalaba, Fwayo Tembo, Chisamba Lungu, Collins Mbesuma and Winston Kalengo.
Moses started brightly for Nigeria on the right side as he tested the Zambian goalkeeper on the 5th minute then tried his luck with a set piece then at the 26th minute, beat his marker at the left flank before his effort was shot well over the bar.
Nigerians started pressurizing the Zambians then in the 33rd minute, Alex Iwobi volleyed into the net after bad defending from Zambia's defenders.
That goal wasn't enough for the Super Eagles as Kelechi Iheanacho combined well with Mikel Obi and Ideye before dribbling past goalkeeper Mweene then slotted into the net from a tight corner.
In the 48th minute, Zambia made their first change of the game, replacing Chama with Mtonga.
Nigeria's defence started becoming shaky and the crowd started hyping the home team then in the 70th minute, a cross from Zambia's right wing that was poorly intercepted by Kenneth Omeruo was capitalized by Zambia's No 9 Collins Mbesuma who calmly slotted into the net.
Nigeria sat deep and defended the 1-2 scoreline till the end. Gernot Rohr's men will now return to Nigeria, happy to have gotten the maximum 3 points.
Congrats Super Eagles!
CHRIS BROWN rejected by the Kenya Tourism Board (KTB)!!!!
Directors of Walee Wasee Ltd Adil Juma and Thandi Ojeer who are organising the #MombasaRocks concert by Chris Brown. The Kenya Tourism Board has clarified that it has not sponsored the event.
The Kenya Tourism Board (KTB) has said that while the visit by the American artiste Chris Brown is a positive endorsement of Mombasa and Kenya in general as a tourist destination, it has not sponsored his tour.
The board has also clarified that KTB had not committed itself financially on the American R&B star's historic concert to be held in Mombasa Sunday evening, dubbed #MombasaRocks.
Acting CEO Jacinta Nzioka-Mbithi said the concert was not a KTB event, and that the board had not committed any funds nor was it involved in any arrangements for Chris Brown to visit the country.
“The official organisers of the concert are Walee Wasee Ltd who approached KTB like many other corporate institutions through the Mombasa County governor’s office requesting for support,” said Ms Nzioka-Mbithi.
“As part of the board’s efforts to leverage on key events held in the country, KTB wrote to the Mombasa County appreciating the #MombasaRocks festival initiative as part of promoting Kenya as a tourism destination,” she said in a statement.
KTB said it committed to the organisers, through the office of the Mombasa Governor, that it would recommend them to hoteliers and airlines to provide support in kind by provision of services in a post-concert celebrity familiarisation trip which would include sampling the coastal tourism products.
This, KTB said, would be in addition to publicising the event through various social media platforms.
“We wish to clarify that no financial commitment has been put into this event by KTB,” she said.
“However, KTB appreciates that the visit by Chris Brown, who has a large following, is a positive endorsement to the destination and especially Mombasa that was voted the best beach destination in Africa in April, 2016 at the World Travel Awards (WTA) in Seychelles earlier this year,” said Ms Nzioka-Mbithi.
KTB is currently hosting 140 travel agents and 20 trade media in the country for the next three days, all of who will visit the Magical Kenya Travel Expo (MKTE), scheduled to take place from October 12th to 14th at the Kenyatta International Convention Centre (KICC) in Nairobi.
At the weekend, Mombasa branch ODM chairman and nominated MCA Mohamed Hatimy claimed that the board had organised the event.
The outspoken MCA claimed the Mombasa County government had not planned or organised the event.
KENYA 2017!!! I am prepared for David and Goliath fight in 2017
Mumias ACK Diocese Bishop Beneah Salala talks about his intentions to unsit the incumbent Matungu Constituency Member of Parliament in the next general elections.
After 30 years of church service, outspoken ACK Bishop Beneah Salala of Mumias Diocese feels he could contribute even more to the society by joining politics.
Salala is categorical that he is not joining politics to seek wealth or fame, but to develop Matungu constituents.
The bishop was among the group that fought for establishment of the constituency in 1996 after part of Mumias was hived off to form Matungu.
In an interview with The Standard on Sunday, Salala said he is banking on well-wishers and friends to facilitate his campaigns.

ACK Bishop Beneah Salala now joins politics
He said he is not expecting to have an easy time ousting the sitting MP, David Were, but he believes his contribution to the constituency for 14 years as a cleric will give him an edge.
Were recently decamped to Jubilee Party, whose ticket he will use to seek a fourth term.
Salala is a known political commentator and educationist and he is not the only cleric who has joined politics in Kakamega County.
Bishop Titus Khamala of Cornerstone Ministry in Kakamega tried his hand in politics in the 2013 polls. He is set to make a second stab on Lurambi parliamentary seat after he was defeated by current MP Raphael Otaalo.
Salala acknowledges that it will take more than hard work for a first timer to outwit Were, considering that he has been in power for about 15 years. Were won the seat in 2013 on a ticket of New Ford Kenya, which was dissolved to form JP.
It remains to be seen how he will manoeuver around and beat his opponents on a JP ticket in a constituency that is perceived to be an Opposition stronghold.
Salala, who announced he will contest for the seat on Amani National Congress (ANC) ticket, revealed that scores of educationists and the business community in the constituency have thrown their support behind him.

TREND!!! BRING BACK ICE PRINCE
Apparently the hype around the Bring Back Our Girls movement is regaining momentum after the buzz around it seemed to have died down for a bit. However, in my opinion, it’s not just the two-hundred-plus girls from Chibok community that are missing, there’s someone else that seems to have gone off the radar completely for some time now.
His name is Panshak Henry Zamani, he was born in Minna, Niger State but moved to the ancient city of Jos, Plateau State at the tender age of two. He’s got brown skin, a bit lanky with a middle-belt accent. He is a hip-hop recording artiste, with a bit of a stint in acting too. He rose to fame after releasing Oleku , one of Nigeria’s most remixed songs of all time. He won the Hennessy Artistry Club Tour in 2009. Some of his accolades include one BET Award, one Ghana Music Award, Headies Awards, Nigerian Entertainment Awards and two Channel O Music Video Awards.
He used to be signed to Chocolate City Music under which he dropped his debut album, Everybody Loves Ice Prince in 2011. The album included singles like Oleku, Superstar and Magician. The year 2013 saw this artiste release his sophomore album,
Fire of Zamani. The album had singles like Aboki, I Swear, Gimme Dat and a few other banging singles. Shortly after Audu Maikori stepped down at the helm at Chocolate City Music, Jude ‘MI’ Abaga was announced as the new Chairman of Chocolate City with this artiste as Vice Chairman.
Did I mention that he’s also the father of a handsome little boy, Jamal, who he had with a lady who goes by the name Bimbo Babatunde. He’s said to have been romantically involved with female rapper, Eva Alordiah, when he first came to Lagos.
His musical projects include Everybody Loves Ice Prince (2011), Fire of Zamani (2013) and the Trash Can
EP which he released in 2015.
There were rumours that Panshak Zamani was no longer a part of Chocolate City, the imprint under which he achieved pretty much all of his success. He went on to confirm the rumours in an interview on a popular radio station in Lagos during their midday show. Zamani stated unequivocally that his contract with Chocolate City ended two years ago but remained with the label for purely personal/relationship purposes. A few months later, he officially went public with his Super Cool Cats label and was said to be on the verge of signing a new act, Jilex Anderson. Zamani went as far as introducing Jilex Anderson to the audience at a show at the University of Benin.
Panshak Zamani was also rumoured to be working on launching an urban fashion line as well as his third studio album which he has already titled Jos To The World. It is at this point that Panshak Zamani went “missing”. Some of his latest singles including No Mind Dem, Feelings, Chike (which features Korede Bello, and sounds like an annoying remix to Olamide’s
Abule Sowo ) and most recently,
Excellency featuring DJ Buckz which he put out a very below par video for (going by his previously-set standards).
For an artiste who has been touted by many to be a “Candy Rapper”, I still loved and defended him on every platform I was on. A lot of his music in the past always came off as cheesy and wanting to appeal more to the ladies as well as the fast-tempo-music-lovers. Obviously he was able to get away with it, but it seems the fans are now wiser. It almost feels like he has failed to reinvent himself or at least up the ante music-wise. A lot of times his flow sounds the same, while at other times, he’s singing people to sleep. For pete’s sake, who is this impostor??!
With the young cats like Ycee, Dremo, Zoro and a few others looking to steal the rap crown from hip-hop household names like Olamide, Phyno and co who are also not slacking as they are also working tirelessly to be in our faces and ears every single time, Panshak is steady falling my hand o!
So this doesn’t come off as aimless and useless ranting, ask yourself these pertinent questions:
What genre of music does Ice Prince really do?
Would you really define Ice Prince as a rapper?
Would Ice Prince be able to hold his own against the younger, hungrier and fierier rappers in the game right now?
Having answered these questions, it wouldn’t be totally out of place for me to conclude that Panshak Zamani is gradually slipping into oblivion. Call me crazy, but I don’t recognize the impostor passing himself off as the Ice Prince I used to love and adore so please, before it’s too late, BRING BACK OUR ICE PRINCE!!!!!!
